Rantz, IV

Mr. Rantz was born in New Orleans, Louisiana. Mr. Rantz attended the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in Wilmington, North Carolina on a varsity baseball scholarship. Mr. Rantz graduated from Louisiana State University, Paul M. Hebert Law Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where he served as the Senior Class President from 2004-2005, with a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) and a Bachelor of Civil Law (B.C.L.). Mr. Rantz was admitted to the Louisiana State Bar in 2005. Prior to joining Acadiana Management Group, LLC full-time in 2006, Mr. Rantz worked with the Gachassin Law Firm where his practice’s main focus was on state and federal healthcare regulatory compliance as well as corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions. Since 2002 Mr. Rantz has been a consultant with Acadiana Management Group, LLC for multiple start-up and development projects as well as several business acquisitions. Prior to joining AMG, Mr. Rantz served as general counsel of Acadiana Management Group, LLC. Mr. Rantz is a proud supporter of the University of Louisiana, and is on the Executive Committee of the RCAF (Ragin Cajuns Athletic Foundation).
