Acadiana Management Group, LLC dba AMG- Integrated Healthcare Management (AMG), an employee-owned company, is hiring a Corporate Director of Business Development (DBD) in Lafayette, Louisiana. The DBD reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and works in concert with the hospital business development and CEO team, and Corporate Operations Team to align hospital business development and corporate support services with the company’s overall Mission, Vision and Values to be a leading and respected healthcare system. The DBD works with the hospital Clinical and Community Liaisons toward hospital development, providing support for Clinical Liaisons by demonstrating a balance of the responsibilities in their position. The position is considered a resource for all AMG hospitals, is based in Lafayette, LA AMG Corporate office, and travels 50% of time or as needed.

Job Requirements

  • College Education – 2-year Associates Degree or 4-year Bachelors’ degree
  •  Active Licensed Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse or Respiratory Therapist for LTACH preferred; OR Active Licensed Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse or Physical Therapist for REHAB preferred.
  • Must have two – four years prior experience in sales and marketing, and proven leadership abilities.
  •  Valid state driver’s license
  • Required travel is 50% of time or as needed
  • If applicable, current state RN, LPN, or RT clinical license
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and human relation skills.
