AMG, Integrated Healthcare Management (AMG Corporate) is seeking a full time Credentialing Clerk. The Operational functions and responsibilities of this position include:

a) Administers and assists with the credentialing, reappointment and privileging processes.

b) Verifies all data represented in each application in accordance with facility policy and federal/state regulations.

c) Prepares new application packets to include Medical Staff bylaws and key policies and mails or e-mails to applicant.

d) Maintains current licensure and insurance verifications on all staff members and emails monthly to individual facilities for filing

e) Maintains updated credentialing information in computer system.

f) Prepares and updates credentialing logs for initial applications, re-appointment applications, and temporary privileges for each facility

g) Monitors re-appointment due dates and sends applications out 6 months in advance.

h) Files loose reports in electronic credentialing files and emails original to facility.

i) Prepares credentialing files and reports and emails/mails original to facilities prior to MEC meetings.

j) Completes hospital affiliation requests
