Here’s how to get free parking.

  • OPTION 1 – COMPLIMENTARY VALET

    Arrivals – 6 AM – 2 PM

    Use the valet at the North Tower entrance. If departing after 2:00 p.m., pick up your keys at the first-floor security desk.

  • OPTION 2 – MUSEUM TOWER GARAGE

    Before returning to your car, get a QR code from the unit secretary at our nurses’ station and register for free parking. You will need your license plate number—take a photo before coming inside if needed.

DIRECTIONS TO ENTRANCE AFTER PARKING

1 EXIT ON CAROLINE STREET

The garage is at Caroline Street and Hermann Drive. Exit the garage on the Caroline Street side.

2 TURN LEFT ON CAROLINE

Head toward Binz Street and cross Ewing Street.

3 ENTER THE SMALL PARKING LOT

After crossing Ewing, turn right into the parking lot before you reach Binz Street.

4 FIND THE NORTH TOWER ENTRANCE

The entrance faces Binz Street and is inside the small lot between Caroline and Austin Streets. Look for the entrance pictured above.

5 CHECK IN & TAKE THE ELEVATOR

Receive a paper badge at security, then use the elevators located to your left.

6 SELECT YOUR FLOOR

Third Floor: Patient care and admissions | Fourth Floor: Administration
